Join Our Growing Team! We are now seeking a HVAC Service Manager. The HVAC Service Manager's overall responsibility is assisting in the management of the complete service department under the direction of the SVP of Service.
Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of HVAC field experience with 3 years minimum managing an HVAC team.
- EPA Certification
- Have a clean driving record and 3 years driving experience.
Key Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating financial objectives for the business unit down to the technicians.
- Monitor and act on the department’s projected and forecasted performance goals to achieve or exceed expectations.
- Create, implement, and manage daily processes and procedures to operate an efficient, quality-controlled, and profitable service department.
- Lead and develop technicians on how to address customer needs and provide industry-leading customer service externally to our customers and internally with our employees.
- Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations to create and maintain a professional business relationship and increase opportunities for growth.
